Effective Date: October 9, 2026

Website: https://ayatenterprise.com

1. Introduction

Ayat Enterprise (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains how Ayat Enterprise collects, processes, uses, stores, protects, and shares information through its website and its custom-built AyatSMTP application.

AyatSMTP is an email integration application designed to allow authorized users to connect their Google accounts and send application-generated emails using Google’s email services.

By using our website or authorizing AyatSMTP to access your Google account, you acknowledge the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

Website and contact information

  • Name and email address provided through contact forms.

  • Contact information and messages voluntarily submitted to us.

  • IP address, browser information, and technical information needed for website operation and security.

Google account and OAuth information

When a user authorizes AyatSMTP, the application may process:

  • Google account identifiers and email addresses where available and necessary.

  • OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens issued through Google’s authorization system.

  • Account authorization status and technical connection information.

  • Email information necessary to prepare and transmit authorized outgoing messages.

AyatSMTP requests only the Google permissions needed to provide its stated functionality.

3. How AyatSMTP Accesses Google User Data

AyatSMTP integrates with Google through OAuth 2.0.

When a user chooses to connect a Google account, the user is redirected to Google’s authorization interface and can review the permissions requested by the application.

AyatSMTP accesses Google services only after the account holder grants the requested permissions.

For its Gmail API send-only integration, AyatSMTP uses the following permission:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send

This permission allows the application to send email messages through the authorized Gmail account.

AyatSMTP does not use this permission to read inbox messages, search a user’s mailbox, or download existing emails.

4. How We Use Google User Data

Google user data accessed through AyatSMTP is used for the following purposes:

  1. Account authorization: To establish and maintain an authorized connection with a user’s Google account.

  2. Email sending: To transmit emails requested or configured by the user, including website-generated notifications and other authorized application emails.

  3. Connection management: To maintain authentication sessions, refresh authorization where permitted, and support account disconnection.

  4. Security and troubleshooting: To detect authentication failures, diagnose sending errors, and maintain the security and reliability of the email integration.

We do not use Google user data for unrelated advertising, profiling, or unauthorized marketing.

We do not use Google user data to train or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

5. Email Message Processing

AyatSMTP processes outgoing message information required to deliver authorized emails.

This may include:

  • Sender email address.

  • Recipient email address.

  • Email subject.

  • Email body.

  • Attachments supplied for outgoing messages, if supported.

  • Technical information associated with delivery attempts.

The application transmits the necessary message information to Google for delivery through the connected account.

AyatSMTP’s authorization is not intended to provide general access to the user’s existing Gmail mailbox.

6. Storage and Protection of Google User Data

AyatSMTP may retain OAuth authorization credentials to maintain a connection requested by the account holder.

Where credentials are retained, they are stored within the systems used to operate the application and are protected through appropriate security safeguards.

These safeguards include access restrictions, secure communications, and measures intended to protect credentials against unauthorized disclosure.

We limit access to Google authorization information to the systems and authorized personnel that require it to operate or maintain the integration.

7. Sharing and Disclosure of Google User Data

Ayat Enterprise does not sell Google user data.

Google user data is not shared with advertisers or data brokers.

Information necessary to provide the authorized email functionality is transmitted to Google’s services.

Other service providers may process information only where necessary to operate, host, secure, or maintain AyatSMTP, subject to appropriate privacy and security obligations.

We may disclose information where required by applicable law or valid legal process, subject to relevant legal and platform requirements.

8. Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use

AyatSMTP’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We limit the use of Google user data to providing or improving functionality that users have authorized, and to other uses expressly permitted by the applicable Google policies.

We do not transfer Google user data to third parties for advertising purposes.

Human access to Google user data is restricted to circumstances allowed under Google’s applicable policies, including where required for security, legal compliance, or user-authorized support.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Ayat Enterprise retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide its services, maintain authorized functionality, comply with legal requirements, and resolve legitimate technical or security issues.

OAuth credentials may be retained while a user maintains an authorized Google account connection.

When an account is disconnected, associated credentials are deleted or invalidated according to the application’s data deletion procedures.

Users may request deletion of eligible personal information held by Ayat Enterprise.

Any retained technical records or email-processing data are subject to the applicable retention procedures and legal obligations.

10. Revoking Google Account Access

Users can revoke AyatSMTP’s authorization at any time through their Google Account settings:

https://myaccount.google.com/connections

After access is revoked, AyatSMTP can no longer use that authorization to access the connected Google services.

Revoking Google authorization does not necessarily remove data already held by AyatSMTP. Users may separately request deletion of such data by contacting Ayat Enterprise.

11. Website Cookies

Our website may use cookies for essential website operations, login functionality, user preferences, and security.

Some third-party services integrated into the website may use their own cookies and tracking technologies.

Users can control cookies through their browser settings, subject to the limitations of website functionality.

12. Information Security

Ayat Enterprise maintains reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect personal information and Google authorization credentials.

These measures are intended to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, and alteration of data.

No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

13. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, individuals may request:

  • Access to personal information held about them.

  • Correction of inaccurate personal information.

  • Deletion of eligible personal information.

  • Withdrawal of consent where applicable.

  • Revocation of Google account access granted to AyatSMTP.

Requests can be submitted through the contact information provided on the Ayat Enterprise website.

14. Third-Party Services

Our website and application may interact with third-party providers, including Google, hosting providers, and infrastructure services.

The handling of personal information by independent third-party services is governed by their applicable privacy policies.

15. Children’s Privacy

16. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our application, services, technical systems, or legal obligations.

Revisions will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
