5. Motorcycle-Part Compatibility
The customer is responsible for confirming that a motorcycle part or accessory is compatible with their motorcycle’s brand, model, variant and manufacturing year.
Any compatibility guidance provided by Ayat Enterprise is based on information supplied by the customer or manufacturer. It does not replace professional inspection or installation advice.
When uncertain, consult a qualified motorcycle technician before purchasing or installing the product.
6. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may:
Contact you to offer an alternative.
Allow you to select another available product.
Cancel the unavailable item and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of a product available to an individual customer or order.
7. Prices
Product prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka unless otherwise stated.
We may change prices, discounts and promotional offers without prior notice. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.
Delivery charges, payment-processing charges or other applicable costs will be shown or communicated before order confirmation whenever reasonably possible.
8. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted only after Ayat Enterprise confirms and processes it.

If payment was already collected for a cancelled order, it will be handled according to applicable law and the relevant payment provider’s process.
9. Payment
Available payment methods may be displayed during checkout or communicated during order confirmation.
Customers must provide accurate payment and billing information. Ayat Enterprise is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, payment-provider downtime or a declined transaction.
We will never ask customers to disclose confidential passwords, PINs or one-time passwords through ordinary messages.
10. Cash on Delivery
Cash-on-delivery availability may depend on the product, order amount and delivery location.
Customers must provide a valid telephone number and confirm the order when requested. Repeated refusal of confirmed orders or intentionally incorrect delivery information may result in restrictions on future cash-on-delivery orders.
11. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and may vary because of location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, emergencies or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing:
A complete delivery address.
An active telephone number.
Any directions required to locate the address.
A person authorized to receive the delivery.
Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel must be resent because the customer provided incorrect information, was unavailable, refused a confirmed order or requested an address change after dispatch.
Ownership and risk in a product pass according to applicable law and the delivery arrangement used.
12. Checking Products After Delivery
Customers should inspect the parcel and product as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If a product is damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what was ordered, contact Ayat Enterprise immediately with:
The order number.
Clear photographs or video.
Photographs of the packaging.
A description of the problem.
Customers should not install, modify, wash or extensively use a disputed product before contacting us.
13. Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
All exchanges, returns and refund-related requests are governed by our separate Refund, Return and Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
In summary:
Customers requesting a size change must pay the applicable return and replacement delivery charges.
Customers who receive the correct product but do not like it must pay the applicable delivery charges for an approved exchange.
Customers requesting another design, type or eligible product must pay the applicable delivery charges and any price difference.
Cash refunds are not normally available for change-of-mind or personal-preference requests.
Eligible customers may exchange a product for another available size, design, type or product.
Different arrangements apply when Ayat Enterprise supplies a verified incorrect, damaged or defective product.
Nothing in these terms excludes any mandatory customer right or remedy provided by applicable law.
14. Exchange Conditions
A product submitted for a preference-based exchange must generally be:
Unused, unworn and uninstalled.
Free from scratches, stains, odors or damage.
Returned with its original packaging.
Complete with tags, accessories, manuals and documents.
In a condition suitable for resale.
Ayat Enterprise may inspect the product before approving an exchange. Receiving a returned product does not automatically mean that the exchange has been accepted.
15. Installation and Product Safety
Motorcycle parts and electrical products should be installed by a qualified technician when professional installation is recommended.
Ayat Enterprise is not responsible for damage, injury or product failure caused by:
Incorrect installation.
Use with an incompatible motorcycle.
Unauthorized modification.
Misuse or neglect.
Racing or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
Failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
Normal wear and tear.
Customers must always use helmets and protective products according to manufacturer instructions. No safety product can eliminate every risk associated with motorcycle riding.
16. Product Warranties
A product may include a manufacturer or supplier warranty when specifically stated in its description, packaging or warranty documentation.
Warranty duration and coverage may differ between products. A warranty does not normally cover accidental damage, misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized repairs, modification or normal deterioration.
Customers must retain their purchase receipt and warranty documentation where applicable.
17. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes:
Are valid only during the stated period.
May be restricted to selected products.
Cannot normally be exchanged for cash.
May not be combined unless expressly allowed.
May be limited to one use per customer or order.
We may cancel a promotion affected by fraud, misuse or an obvious technical error.
